The 24 hour hotline is available for seniors and those with vision limitations and is an amazing resource! The website is well organized and from the front page there is a wealth of articles that can be accessed. The informative articles that are being featured as this review is occurring include stories on a rally of Aetna beneficiaries, the benefits of Long Term care as well as an in depth look at how the benefits of raising grandchildren outweigh the stresses that comes with raising them.

The front page also features a touching but important-to-read story about a woman (Charla) who was abused by her 38 year old live in son. Charla felt she had nowhere to turn and the story ends with her being beaten and her son going to jail. We need to promote awareness of the hotline!
