On some level, hearing aids in California are just like heairng aids anywhere else. I suppose there may be a focus on the hearing aids ability to deal with water since California is so famous for pools and beaches.

But the area that makes sense to diagnose is the rules around insurance for hearing aids in California. Has the Governator – Arnold – passed any state wide laws that may affect hearing aids in the state?

It appears that hearing aids in California are not covered just as they are not in other states. This is so frustrating to me to even write. It is an absolute shame that the states do not force insurance companies to pay for hearing aids when they are needed.
