Unfortunately after a good hour of researching the topic on google and bing I have not found any exciting leads for financial aid for hearing aid. Perhaps the problem is that I am searching to specifically and should be looking for monetary aid in general but that comes with so many hoops and strings attached and again I fear that hearing aids would be viewed as a luxury rather than the needed piece of equipment that they are. The battle continues. If you have any ideas about ways to get financial aid for hearing aids please post them!
